Copper Clad Aluminum busbar (CCA busbar) is a kind of busbar with flatted cross section and produced by applying unique manufacture technology for bimetallic composite material, by means of multiple plastic deformation and heat treatment process.

CCA busbar Features:
Good conductivity: Current Carrying Capacity of CCA busbar with 20% copper volume is 85% of pure copper busbar.
Light Weight: Density of CCA busbar is 38%~42% of the of copper busbar; With same size and weight, length of CCA busbar is 2.3~2.5times of that of copper busbar.
Good Mechanical Characteristics: Good tensile strength, bend ability and extensibility
Close bonding: Metallurgical bonding between copper and aluminum and uniform copper thickness.
Good extensibility and reliability: After special heat treatment process, CCA busbar has good plasticity which is good for further process such as punching, shearing, bending and so on.In order to improve CCA busbar’s anti-corrosion property, tin plating, nickel plating and galvanized process can be done.
